Hapkido

MMA

​ITMA's Hapkido teaches the three principles of Hapkido along with the tradition of respect, honor, integrity, control, as well as a host of other traditional values and teachings.  Students learn an effective and practical self defense which has been proven in and out of the Dojang.

ITMA combines the best of several different arts to give the practitioner a solid foundation in the three ranges of fighting.  Chinese Sanshou, Hapkido, Submission Grappling, amd western Boxing are core elements in ITMA's MMA program.  With a traditional belt rankings system the practitioner can ​see themselves advance setting goals and achieving them.

ITMA offers members the cutting edge in strength, agility, core and functional training utilizing kettlebells.  Whether you are looking to get into shape, increase  strength, agility or speed or your looking for an alternative to conditioning,  ITMA has the answer. Our certified professionals can alter a program for your specific needs giving ITMA's C.A.S.T. the ability to rehabilitate and condition at the same time.   We offer C.A.S.T.   ITMA's Self Defense and Self Preservation seminar's are intensely realistic with a no nonsense approach to protection on all levels.  The instructors break down the barriers of the students microcosmic worlds and introduce self awareness to help identify and utilize man's best self defense mechanism, the gift of fear.  If you are serious about self defense and self preservation,  ITMA has the answer.
